New construction project featuring 14 residential units and a ground-floor commercial space designated for a Pre-K school. The scope of work included the installation of electrical panels, full security and fire alarm systems, and complete electrical services for both residential and commercial areas. Additional installations included an intercom system, EV charging station, parking lot and garage lighting, emergency exit lights and signage, and electrical wiring for the elevator.
